Which statement should I upload?

Use your monthly merchant processing statement, including every fee page. We accept PDFs, scans and clear JPG or PNG photos. Bank statements, invoices and payout exports do not contain enough processing detail.

How do you check the numbers?

We attempt independent AI reads, recompute rates, and reconcile fee lines against the printed total. Missing cross-checks, source evidence, and unresolved differences stay visible. The initial report is automated; request a specialist review before relying on the results.

Are the savings a guaranteed offer?

No. The pricing lab uses editable assumptions and holds volume and card mix constant. It retains unallocated costs instead of silently treating them as savings. A specialist can verify the statement and provide a written offer.

Can I compare more than one statement?
