Is this for merchants or sales agents?
Both. Choose the merchant workspace for a plain-English cost summary, or the sales workspace for a meeting brief and pricing scenarios. You can switch views on the same report. Agent mode does not grant access to other merchants or internal Relyon records.
What can I download?
A Relyon-branded PDF with a cover, fee breakdown, pricing comparison, and next steps tailored to your workspace. The full audit adds extracted fee rows, source references, and review notes. A CSV export is also available.
Which statement should I upload?
Use your monthly merchant processing statement, including every fee page. We accept PDFs, scans and clear JPG or PNG photos. Bank statements, invoices and payout exports do not contain enough processing detail.
How do you check the numbers?
Our primary reader examines the original document. We attempt an independent cross-check, recompute rates, and reconcile fee lines against the printed total. Missing cross-checks, source evidence, and unresolved differences stay visible. The initial report is automated; request a specialist review before relying on the results.
Are the savings a guaranteed offer?
No. The pricing lab lets you enter proposed rates and holds volume and card mix constant. It retains unallocated costs instead of silently treating them as savings. A specialist can verify the statement and provide a written offer.
Can I compare more than one statement?
Yes. Upload up to three statements in a batch and compare up to eight reports in this tab. Create a private workspace to save originals and reports for up to one year, reopen them on another device with your private link, and monitor monthly changes.
