More than one read.
We attempt independent AI extractions and compare the results. If a reader is unavailable or the readings disagree, the report identifies that limitation and flags review.
The Relyon Trust Center
Your payments deserve more than a promise. Clear numbers, visible assumptions, and people you can talk to. Here’s how we put that into practice.

Clarity in the numbers. Accountability in the relationship.
01 / Intelligence with evidence
AI helps read your statement. Arithmetic checks the result. You can inspect the evidence, correct a figure, and see what still needs attention.
We attempt independent AI extractions and compare the results. If a reader is unavailable or the readings disagree, the report identifies that limitation and flags review.
We recompute effective rates and compare extracted fee lines with the printed total. Unresolved differences stay visible instead of disappearing into a savings estimate.
An automated result is a starting point. Check it against your original statement, edit extracted figures, and request a specialist’s review before making a decision.
Open the report. Follow the math.
A useful report explains what you pay today before estimating what could change. Source references appear where available. Missing evidence and unallocated costs remain part of the conversation.
Read how the analyzer worksOne check, not the whole analysis. Fee reconciliation, source evidence, and pricing assumptions need review too.
Example figures explain the calculation. They are not a customer result or a pricing offer.
02 / Your information
Payment statements contain business information. Here’s what happens when you use the public analyzer.
Your file is processed on our servers and sent to AI service providers for extraction. Upload the monthly processing statement and include the fee pages. Mask full bank account and card numbers; never include card security codes.
Reports are saved in this tab’s session storage so you can compare them after a refresh. The original uploaded files are not saved there. On a shared device, remove reports when you finish.
We record contact details and a summary of the analysis for follow-up. Operational records may include document identifiers and processing diagnostics. Ask our team about access, retention, or deletion of your information.
If you opt in, we retain selected original statements and reports in a private workspace for up to one year. Your private recovery link opens it on another device; anyone with that link can access it. You can replace the link, sign out, or delete reports and originals from the workspace. Operational audit records remain.
A partner intake names who will receive your saved reports and asks you to agree before sharing. Partner proposals have separate private links, expire after 30 days, and can be revoked. We record proposal opens and follow-up requests. Requesting follow-up does not sign a processing agreement.
Internal workspaces require sign-in and role-based access. Restricted document downloads use time-limited links. These controls are separate from the public report you choose to download or share.
The practical questions
No. The initial report is automated, and a review flag is not confirmation that a person has checked it. You can request specialist review through the report or contact our team.
No. Comparisons use stated, editable assumptions. Actual pricing depends on your business, transaction mix, eligibility, and a written agreement. Moving a fee to a customer is a cost shift, not a reduction in the underlying processing cost.
No. It describes signals from the extraction and cross-checking process. Even a high-confidence figure can be wrong. Confirm important figures against your original statement.
No. A statement analysis does not assess or certify your PCI compliance. Your obligations depend on how your business accepts and handles payment information. Our team can help identify the appropriate next conversation.
Use the contact page and describe the question without sending account credentials or card data. We’ll route it to the person who can address it, including questions about data access, handling, and retention.
